With my Gypsy Queens!

Since I’ve been here, I’ve always had someone accompanying me home. Last year, it was my son, Oakley. Back in 2021, it was my niece, Casie. We had so much fun and had the best trip! We drove straight, as I always do, but made a pit stop in DC. It was our first time there as we walked the streets delirious and laughing looking for the White House. The next year, she drove my car up for me with her daughter and took her on the same route, making the same stop.

This year, I have two chauffeurs flying in tomorrow and I cannot wait for our adventure although it will be hard to beat this one! Hopefully, I won’t wait 2 years to document it.

The world is such a beautiful place and I am so lucky to experience the things I have and so grateful I can share it with those I adore! I absolutely love it but today, I am so happy to be heading south soon!!!

I am so grateful with all the birthday wishes!!! So happy to have my girl and her guy here with me to celebrate. I stole an idea for a birthday scavenger hunt, changed it up a bit and we completed almost everything on the list along with my sisters who participated from a distance! It was a good day!!!

Thru the years, you have been my constant! You keep me laughing, you give me strength, you inspire me, challenge me and make me a better human! You will always be my sunshine!!! Happy Birthday my sweet! Here’s a little 30 second video that doesn’t even begin to show the life you have given me in the 30 years I have been blessed to be your mom. Even as the beach fills up, there’s always a place to find peace and quiet.

Music in my ears lowered just enough to hear the waves crash. Hot as hell for a bit but then a cool breeze swept across me as I decided to take a dip in the big ocean blue….. Sailboats in the water, folks walking looking for rocks, windsurfers, paddle boarders and a boy and his fishing pole who looks like he has yet to catch anything but a sore arm from casting so much.

Tonight this spot was most likely filled with onlookers waiting for the gorgeous Menemsha sunset. They clap and cheer as it shows off its magnificent colors.

Salt water really is good for the soul! It was a good day!! Being myself is something I do well! #ExpressYourself
