Find your life guard

I wish you could see what I see. There’s no picture I can take to capture it. It’s windy in the lifeguard stand….. blowing my hair in directions I can’t control. It reminds me that I am not in control. Some things I have to let go of. It feels good!!

How can something so simple ground us? I’ve missed that feeling. I needed it. I love the feeling! I’ve missed this lifeguard stand…. the sandy beach and ocean in front of me, the stars shining bright, the lights in the distance, the sounds of the ocean, the buoy, the movement I feel with music in my ears. It feels good!

You see it?! Those are the same stars I see!!! We are such a small part of a big universe! I am not that far away. This is just a reminder…… we are in this together! Don’t forget that!!! Compassion, communication, love, acceptance, understanding…. It goes a long way!

Take a moment. Take time to just be! Find your life guard! No matter how dangerous it may seem. I found mine! If you ever feel alone, I will be your life guard! Music helps! Let that shit go! xoxo
